Brett & I started working together in June 2024 after 8 months of getting back into a consistent workout routine. In the first 3 months with Brett, I saw noticeably more gains than in the prior 8 months on my own. Brett Finnie is a skilled and kind trainer who guided me through my midlife fitness. He is understanding of not only each individuals level, but also their capacity - and pushes you in a way that isn't shameful or awkward to far surpass your preconceived goals. This novice lifter even entered a deadlift competition with his coaching and urging!
Brett specifically helped me through an injury and incorporated strength training to help keep the rest of me fit while I healed.
